That said, if I graded this outright on performance, it gets 5 stars. Very solid build, nice wide screen, and 2 year warranty on hardware and tech support.
HP has a rather dubious history in the support department. You know, the usual outsourced support you get connected to.
The ones that read a script in "almost understandable" English. They do have "HP Support Assistant" software that is generally installed on new computers.
